Today we went on a day trip to Enoshima. The island was absolutely stunning. The beaches were beautiful and the weather could not have been better! With a comfortable temperature of 29 degrees with a little bit of sea breeze, for the first time in months, we enjoyed walking outside. I don't really have many stories to tell from the day, considering we just walked around, had a little picnic, took some photos and went on the beach. However, I did want to write a blog post about the day regardless because it really has been something I wish to share as well as record and remember. It was so perfect. It really felt like a Mediterranean holiday (despite it being only a day trip, on one of my regular weekend days off and to the coast of Japan instead of Greece or something haha). I will drop some pictures below, to keep the memories alive. I hope you like them. Don't expect this to be the only blog post on Enoshima though, as I sure it is the first of many. Next year, as the temperature picks up again, I can see us coming here at least monthly to enjoy the waves and the vibe of Kanagawa because, honestly, we have truly fallen head over heels for this place!
